Clemessy considers professional sexual equality to be an important factor in the development of the company and its employees.
This is the reason why an agreement was signed between group management and staff representatives in an effort to convert this ambition into concrete action and to define the actions and objectives of the policy. Clemessy was one of the first companies in France to sign an agreement on professional sexual equality.
The objectives:
- to increase the proportion of female employees.
- to achieve parity in terms of promotion, training, pay and professional advancement.
Indicators have been defined for each objective in order to measure the progress of the project.
